__The idea of the deck is it uses spells like Tyrant's Scorn and Teferi to give you ways to return your Brazen Borrowers, Spellstutter Sprites, or Vendilion Cliques to hand to use their abilities/functionality again. Since you're running black, you should probably run the classic 1-cmc discard spells, and Teferi allows you to cast them at instant speed. Teferi also allows you to cast Unearth at instant speed, which can let you bring back a Spellstutter Sprite to counter a spell, bring back a Vendilion Clique in the draw step, etc.

Originally, I had the Faerie Miscreants in the list on Xmage as a placeholder for the Brazen Borrowers, since Xmage doesn't have any adventure creatures programmed in yet. After playtesting, I actually like the Faerie Miscreants as a way to increase your density of faeries for Spellstutter Sprite and as a way to draw cards. I was running a few Curious Obsessions, but those are now out. There could easily be another Snapcaster or two, but I only own one so there's only one in this list. I considered running Azorius Charm, as it can put your opponent's creature on top of their library for a big tempo play, or give your 3-power faeries lifelink, or just draw a card when you're behind. I just don't think there's room for it. Lastly, I've considered running Ingenious Infiltrator as more card draw and an additional way of bouncing your own creatures to hand. I think it's a great card that can definitely be worked in; I play Legacy Ninjas and I know firsthand the power of having Ingenious Infiltrator. In this build, however, I think there's just not much room. But let me know if you'd put some in and what you'd take out!

In the sideboard, I've considered running Hindering Light. I love this card in the sideboard of my bant Monastery Mentor deck to bring in against discard spells, removal, and burn. Would love to hear your thoughts on the card. In general I think it is now just outclassed by Dovin's Veto, but in the Mentor deck in particular, drawing a card was a huge draw to the card.__
