This deck is somewhat based on the standard deck from Magic Origins using Ensoul Artifact. Ensoul Artifact got a pseudo-reprint in the form of Tezzeret's Touch and I thought that it would be enough enchantments to create a decent modern deck out of them. It can somewhat be classified as an affinity deck, with the amount of artifacts you're spamming per game and some affinity cards like Thoughtcast and Etched Champion. Also I tried going for the most budget variant possible. The deck splashes white for Dispatch, our own Path to Exile, and sideboard cards.
