Budget deck. The point of this deck is to get Deadeye Navigator out as quickly as possible, preferably soulbonded with Cloud of Faeries for the infinite combo/instant win. Deadeye's activated flicker ability costs 2, but when faeries ETB, they untap 2. This allows you a giant unblockable hit w/Champion of Lambholt, over run with Blade Splicer or unlimited life with Suture Priest.

6 mana is steep for navigator so there is plenty of cheap instant-speed flickering to help you get there, Ghostly Flicker, Cloudshift & Momentary Blink, especially nice to use on Coiling Oracle for mana ramping to navigator or simply the draw. Additionally Stonehorn Dignitary can temporarily stop your opponents from being able to attack you for time

Aura Shards runs in the background to blow out any artifact or enchantment heavy decks. Wall of Tears helps in the early game since all the low mana costing ETB effect cards indicate low power and toughness, mainly 1/1'ers.

This is my third version of this deck but I may take out the wall and put back in Borderland Ranger for the ramping.
