Refinement of my old u/w mill deck, using Fraying Sanity to double the mill effects. I've called it 8 mill as there are eight mill enchantments at its core.

The original investigate creatures are still there to provide Clue tokens enabling Sphinx's Tutelage which was always a bit hit or miss but guarantees milling at least 4 per turn when combined with Fraying Sanity.

Archive Trap can be triggered by Ghost Quarter or even a Path to Exile. Or the other great combo is with Settle the Wreckage where the trap triggers and they also mill themselves by playing a load of lands.

Startled Awake   is just a great one hit mill but can also be brought back. One play of Startled Awake   with a Fraying Sanity in play will dump enough cards in their graveyard to trigger Visions of Beyond which triggers the Tutelage three times.

At this point they should be nearly milled out but just in case, there are a couple of copies of Traumatize which combos with Fraying Sanity for the insta-mill win.

On the land front there are a couple of copies of Ipnu Rivulet for a little bit of extra milling, and two Scavenger Grounds which can be sacrificed to themselves in case your opponent wants to try to play anything from their swollen graveyards.
