Maybeboard

Trying to build a life = damage deck, including the Vizkopa Guildmage/Exquisite Blood combo. Even without the combo, my intention for this deck is to be able to gain enough life to stay ahead of aggro, ramp mana, and either win with Griselbrand or Debt to the Deathless.

Considerations:

1) Is it worth including green for Farseek, Abrupt Decay, Centaur Healers (vs. aggro), Voice of Resurgence (vs. control), or even Ready or Gaze of Granite?

2) Blood Baron vs. Obzedat in the main. Baron is even harder to remove than Obzedat, but Obzedat gives more consistent life swings, which this deck thrives on.

3) Does the deck need more Exquisite Bloods? It should be able to win without the combo, but more Bloods increases the chances of getting it set up. (I suspect this is one I'll discover more through play.)

4) Mutilate vs. other sources of removal. Mutilate complements Crypt Ghast, as they both want lots of swamps in play, but it means likely losing my board as well.

5) Is the mana balanced correctly? I'm still new to building mana bases like this, but I know I want white on turn 1 (for Cathedral Sanctifier), and black (for Orzhov Charm or Tithe Drinker), or green (for Farseek or Voice of Resurgence) on turn 2. I currently have 10 turn 1 white sources and 10 turn 2 green sources. Is that enough?
