Goal of this deck is to pull off one of several infinite combos by turn 3-5. Full sets of Idyllic Tutor and Eladamri's Call ensure we have the necessary combo elements. They also enable a precise sideboard strategy that lets us swap in just 1 or 2 enchantments/creatures to answer a broad range of threats.

Combo 1: Heliod/Spike Feeder for Infinite Life

Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Spike Feeder works by removing a +1/+1 counter to gain 1 life, which triggers Heliod's ability to replace it. This can be repeated to get infinite life. The ideal sequence:

1. Play land and Birds of Paradise

2. Play land and Heliod, Sun-Crowned

3. Play Spike Feeder and execute the infinite life combo

Combo 2: Heliod/Ballista for Infinite Damage & Life

Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Walking Ballista doesn't come off as cleanly as combo since it requires {1}{W} lifelink activation and a Ballista with at least 2 toughness. A possible turn 4 sequence would go something like:

1. Play land

2. Play land and Prosperous Innkeeper

3. Play land, play Heliod, Sun-Crowned

4. Play Walking Ballista for {2} triggering Innkeeper to gain 1 life triggering Heliod to give Ballista another +1/+1 counter. Crack Innkeeper's treasure token and tap a land to give Ballista lifelink and trigger the infinite damage counter.

Turn 2 can really play anything that can either give life gain (Alseid of Life's Bounty) or give Ballista an extra +1/+1 counter (Conclave Mentor, Pendelhaven).

Another variation plays a mana rock on turn 1 then Ballista on turn 2 with a mana rock. This enables a possible turn 3 win but I feel is easier to disrupt than the 4 turn variations.

Combo 3: Heliod/Prosperous Innkeeper/Scurry Oak for Infinite Squirrels

Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Prosperous Innkeeper + Scurry Oak starts by having both Heliod and Innkeeper in play. Then summoning Scurry Oak triggers Innkeeper's life gain triggering Heliod to add a +1/+1 counter on Scurry Oak which puts a squirrel token into play which then repeats the process for infinite squirrels and life. The ideal turn 3 sequence goes

1. Play land and Birds of Paradise

2. Play land and Heliod, Sun-Crowned

3. Play land and Prosperous Innkeeper then immediately crack Innkeeper's treasure and tap for two more land to play Scurry Oak and trigger the infinite squirrel combo
