This is a Temur mid-range deck featuring two downshifted cards in Commander Master's release: Murmuring Mystic and Guttersnipe. The plan is generally to get Murmuring Mystic out as early as possible so that we can make an overwhelming amount of bird tokens which we'll later inflict some big damage with Mob Justice. While your instants and sorceries fill up the graveyard, the doors become wide open to throw down a Tolarian Terror for a single .

It's not likely the bird tokens will survive our opponent side-boarding in End the Festivities or Crypt Rats, so the plan is to keep the board clear with Lightning Bolt and Snap and attack as often as we can. Once we've amassed a good number of creatures on our board, hit our opponent with Mob Justice once we have it. Snap is also a great way to protect Mystic or Terror from removal into the GY or exile, and can dual hat as a small ritual effect with Goblin Electromancer out.

Sprout Swarm is an excellent way to increase the storm count and trigger Murmuring Mystic by taking advantage of its Buyback ability. For example: you have a Murmuring Mystic, a Goblin Electromancer, and 3x bird tokens in play. Pay to cast Sprout Swarm and tap 3x bird tokens to pay for Buyback returning Sprout Swarm to your hand. Upon cast, storm count goes up +1, and you make both a bird token and a saproling token. Recast Sprout Swarm and repeat, by tapping the newly created bird and saproling tokens, plus either the Murmuring Mystic or Goblin Electromancer to pay for Buyback again. Storm count goes up to +2 and you create another bird and saproling token. As you can see, this gets perpetually better the more Murmuring Mystics and Goblin Electromancer that are in play creating tokens for the Convoke engine.

In the event things get hairy, we have 4x copies of Weather the Storm (3x main board and 1x side board) to keep our life totals high and also trigger our creatures for tokens or damage. Tangle is also an excellent option against heavy aggro decks.
