Good To Know: Karn allows you to play cards from exile, so if you use the book, and something goes wrong, you can still manage to get it back. Thanks to this handy trick you can extend the concept to retrieve any of your dead artefacts exiling them first with Tormod's Crypt...

Crucible of Worlds is here for you to get Mutavault back if it is destroyed. You can get Crucible with Karn, obviously.

Isochron Scepter can make you relentlessly cast Fateful Absence for example. If Karn is around, investigate will be useless...

Dawn Charm is pretty powerful here. I set Leyline of Sanctity first but realized the spell can counter discard too, and make fogs to prevent Karn from dying, OR REGENERATE MUTAVAULT which is awesome. Last but not least: There is an Isochron Scepter in the sideboard that you can get with Karn. So infinite fog / Burn or discard countering is not so bad either...

The kill is supposed to be Ballista, or opponent running out of cards.
