Basically a Jeskai Nahiri, the Harbinger deck that can win with Madcap Experiment.Cast Madcap Experiment with Burrenton Forge-Tender, Intervention Pact , or a Soulfire Grand Master out to not die, find the Blightsteel Colossus and win. Personal Sanctuary could be added to the sideboard as another piece and forces burn to play sorcery speed. Looking for advice.
