This is a deck that +1/+1 counters matters with only humans and Human Allies creatures.

I need tips on sideboarding and constructing the Manabase.

Drop as many creatures with +1/+1 Counters triggers together with Hardened Scales. Use Collected Company to drop creatures faster and trigger effects as instant speed.

Best Hands consist in Champion of Parish or Hada Freeblade in turn 1 followed by Hardened Scales and another 1 drop in turn 2.

SIDEBOARD: Sideboard mostly consists in anti-artifacts (torpor orb) cards.

Vines of vastwood is used against control decks.
