This deck is designed for multi-player games. It's meant to be played aggressively, have tons of mana, as well as make slivers with:

-Indestructible-Poison-Lifelink-Deathtouch-Flying-Trample-Vigilance-Haste-Protection from Black and Red-

Even with removal and board wipes, this deck bounces back extremely fast due to it's high amount of mana. Mycosynth Lattice and Darksteel Forge combine to give all your permanents indestructible. Door of Destinies gives your creatures big bumps, and with Sliver Queen out, you can make 10 tokens turn 6 and give all slivers an additional +10/+10.. Garruk, Caller of Beasts also works very well in this deck to allow you to bring up to 5 creature cards into your hand.

By turn 10 you usually have so much mana you can play Door to Nothingness and snipe one of your opponents without hesitation. Destroy the rest with huge armies of 20/20 indestructible slivers with infect, death touch, lifelink, flying, haste, vigilance, trample, etc..

Door of Destinies does not work like that, you are thinking of Coat of Arms . Door works when you cast the spell, which queen does not do.
