Tokens. The chump blockers of Magic. Considered weak and disposable. You know better. You know their disposable nature is exactly what allows you to throw swarms of them at your enemies without hesitation. Why be the hammer, when you can be a thousand sharpened toothpicks?

Paulo Vitor Damo da Rosa recently published an article about Abazan Tokens in standard (Check it out here). His ideas are great, but I think he missed an opportunity in passing over Elenda, the Dusk Rose , who seems to have been built for this exact purpose. I'm combining that combo with some other cool ideas from tapped out. Basically, produce tokens, sacrifice those tokens for cool effects, and then produce more tokens as a result of sacrificing.

Building +1/+1 counters onto Elenda, the Dusk Rose using Hidden Stockpile and then throwing down Fumigate will ensure you have a vast army while your opponents are wide open. One or two Anointed Procession will make your token generation absolutely bonkers.

This deck can very easily pull off all the main combos in standard, Ive built it for modern because my friends also play janky modern decks, and there are some really fun Orzhov cards in modern.
