This might not be the strongest deck, but there's something special about cycling through 20 cards to find a Countervailing Winds (which is no longer in the deck) and saying "yeah, I'm going to counter that unless you pay 32".

UPGRADES:

1x Radiant's Judgment >> 1x Gallant Strike

4x Vile Manifestation >> 4x Scrounging Skyray

4x Blasted Landscape >> 4x Capital City

EDITS that really should work:

2x Drifting Meadow + 1x Remote Isle + 1x Polluted Mire >> 4x Blasted Landscape

1x Lay Claim >> 1x Trade the Helm (just blink it back with Astral Drift lmao)

1x Countervailing Winds >> 1x Memory Leak

DON'T BLINK combo:

1x Boon of the Wish-Giver >> 1x Don't Blink (just don't blink it back from Astral Drift lmao)

WHEEL OF SUN AND MOON cycle + GREEN splash:

1x Elixir of Immortality >> 1x Wheel of Sun and Moon

1x Polluted Mire + 1x Blasted Landscape >> 2x Festering Thicket

2x Drifting Meadow + 1x Blasted Landscape >> 3x Scattered Groves

1x Forsake the Worldly >> 1x Airship Crash

3x Countervailing Winds >> 2x Neutralize + 1x utility

3x Wander in Death >> 1x Phial of Galadriel + 1x Waxen Shapethief? + 1x Boon of the Wish-Giver?

1x Nimble Obstructionist + 1x Archfiend of Ifnir + 1x Angelsong >> 3x utility

4x utility >> 2x Cloud of Faeries? + 1x Scattered Groves? + 1x Rapid Decay?

INFINITE MANA combo + RED splash:

1x Ominous Seas >> 1x The Balrog of Moria

2x Blasted Landscape + 3x Scattered Groves + 1x Festering Thicket >> 6x lands

6x lands >> 3x Glittering Massif + 2x Sheltered Thicket + 1x Canyon Slough

1x Gallant Strike? >> 1x Go for Blood? (lose instant speed for versatility, Astral Drift mitigates that)

2x Scrounging Skyray + 1x Boon of the Wish-Giver? >> 3x utility

1x Airship Crash + 1x utility >> 1x Barrier Breach + 1x Wilt (can destroy key enchantments to protect them from exile with Cloud of Faeries's untapped mana alone)

2x utility >> 1x Violent Impact + 1x Flame Blitz

UTILITY SPOT conundrum:

Monument to Endurance allows ramping with treasures and an extra card every turn, including those of the opponents, its third ability however will paint a target on my back. It will never be possible to have unlimited cards, it is also possible to limit mana by removing The Balrog of Moria.

Phial of Galadriel allows minimal ramping and requires much harder set up. Card draw is expected to be unreliable at first to then get better and better as cards without cycling are put on the field. Once fully set up cards will be unlimited, allowing for a combo win unless The Balrog of Moria is removed, however mana will be extremely limited if I do.

Shadow of the Grave has a MASSIVE counter-synergy with Wheel of Sun and Moon, otherwise though it's a good way to quickly and cheapely charge the hand. Maybe using Rescind (with Wilt as backup) could be an awkward way to still use its effect. Once fully set up The Balrog of Moria should allow for unlimited mana as long as it is done with Shadow of the Grave on the stack, with unlimited cards naturally following.

RECYCLING SPOT conundrum:

Elixir of Immortality is simple, reliable and shuffles itself, but causes card disadvantage. Life gain can occasionally be doubled with Phial of Galadriel.

Endurance requires a somewhat consistent green mana base and needs to be protected, however it can also be bounced and reused with Astral Drift, also doubling as graveyard hate. In extreme scenarios it can be reasonable to exile the ultra-specific Barrier Breach for a quick shuffle, and it shuffles itself too. Unearth should be strongly considered if this is used, as it would also synergize with Cloud of Faeries, though it is completely useless while Wheel of Sun and Moon is in play.

Clear the Mind replaces itself, making it perfect for a first activation with Wheel of Sun and Moon in play, but once Wheel of Sun and Moon gets destroyed this becomes single use as it does not shuffle itself.

Psychic Spiral is quite expensive at 5 mana and does not replace itself, it can also create worries among opponents at the very start after the first activation with Wheel of Sun and Moon in play. Afterwards it also becomes single use as it does not shuffle itself, but it will almost surely take someone down with the ship.
