A Blind Seer deck with one restriction: I'm only allowed to use cards printed in the original card frame.

The deck basically just tries to use Not-Urza and the plethora of Mind Bend and Magical Hack type spells to switch up what cards and spells do, hopefully to my advantage. Anything from editing Wrath of Marit Lage or Llawan, Cephalid Empress to better lock down an opponent, to hacking an enemy Cabal Coffers or Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle to completely brick it, to making the Mirran Swords nonbo with themselves if I have to. It's fun as hell.

Side note: If you see a card in a modern frame, it does have an older version, I just haven't set it yet. I uploaded this from my phone, so I can't be assed to get everything right the first time.
