This deck is mostly burn with some added spice/value.

-----I have gotten the turn 1 Faithless Looting dropping two Bloodghasts (1 red sorcery, draw two, get 4 power in play next turn for free). Dropping Chandra's Phoenix , Lingering Souls, or another Faithless Looting is also pretty decent value.

-----Liliana of the Veil generates value and threatens ulting by discarding these cards. She also removes creatures that would get in the way of Bloodghast that Lightning Bolt can't deal with.

-----Grim Lavamancer is fed by your discarding and fetch lands. It also removes early game creatures, so you can save your burn cards for better damage and returning Chandra's Phoenix . In the late game, it is a consistent source of damage (not as good as Deathrite Shaman though)). Lastly Grim Lavamancer is a human which can be relevant for squeaking through the last point of damage with Falkenrath Aristocrat.
