An idea I had when I saw Leonin Lightscribe and Clever Lumimancer . Took some ideas from the current meta Izzet Blitz, tweaked it for storm. Need people to check the sideboard, otherwise I think this has strixhaven has a chance to change the meta via this strategy, as well as a few others.
