Maybeboard

This list came from the Commander's Quarters as seen in the video below. I updated the mana base but kept the main shell of 66 copies of Hare Apparent. While this is not the most powerful way to play with the Hares, it's definitely a fun way.

The gameplay is pretty simple. Play a Hare Apparent on turn two. While you could play your commander, Baylen, the Haymaker, on turn three, I find that I normally want to play a second Hare Apparent, creating the first 1/1 Rabbit token. Then on turn four, play two more Hares and create 5 more Rabbit tokens (assuming none of your Hares are removed, the third one creates 2 Rabbit tokens and the fourth one creates 3). By turn five, you likely do play Baylen and start tapping your Rabbit tokens for value. Depending on what's in your hand, you can draw cards to find more Hares (and hit your land drops), or you can create mana to cast the Hares from your hand. Then in the late game, you can tap your rabbits to put a bunch of +1/+1 counters on Baylen and start threatening a win with commander damage.

I am a casual, budget player and my goal is usually keep my commander decks within $100 or close to it. Any suggestions to improve the deck while still keeping it within budget are appreciated!
