This deck is an amalgamation of what I've enjoyed playing for the past few years of my experience in MTG. It's also my first Modern deck, so there are certainly some improvements to be made.

The goal is to build a mass of creatures that are both tall and wide, through token engines Tendershoot Dryad and Mycoloth and amassing +1/+1 counters through Oath of Ajani, Nissa, Voice of Zendikar and on occasion Rosie Cotton of South Lane. Hardened Scales combos with nearly every card in the deck, as accumulating counters can help build an endgame threat in Enduring Scalelord over time, and token generation can give a massive payoff in convoking 7 Saproling tokens for Ancient Imperiosaur. Protecting your threats can be done through Snakeskin Veil in addition to providing more counters and Hardened Scales triggers.

Ramp is consistent with Birds of Paradise, Gala Greeters and Insidious Roots with Saprolings down. Card draw can be difficult but not impossible with Abzan Charm and Inspiring Call.
