Hi there, finally taking a chance to look at your deck. I'm wondering a few things as I look at your list:

  1. Do you have a budget in mind? I see you have a lot of pricey stuff in list, so I imagine not really.

  2. What are your primary combos or wincons? I see you have Labman and it looks like Chain of Smog + Witherbloom Apprentice as another combo option? Chain of Smog combos are kinda risky to pull off since they leave you without a hand of potential counterspell interaction.

  3. What is your intended power level, or that of the playgroup/LGS you might be playing at? High powered/optimized, cEDH, casual?

I'm still play-testing through my own list to get a sense of it. I would suggest maybe reconsidering some of your "When you draw your second card a turn" stuff, unless you get a couple more draw effects in deck. I recognize that you have some top-tier draw pieces, but I'm currently counting about 10-11ish draw effects, including Zimone and Dina. I can see how some of this is counter-balanced with your volume of tutors. I think you could get a couple more instant speed draw effects like Deadly Dispute or Plumb the Forbidden to proc that effect, or help dig for the pieces you might need.

All that being said, I personally don't think that triggering the "when you draw your second card each turn" effect should be the main focus, and is more of an accentual piece.

These are just some of my initial thoughts. I hope this is helpful. Lastly, I'd say to maybe update your primer a bit more to at least list the combos or wincons you are generally aiming for. If you bracket your combo pieces in the same set of brackets, it will list the combo to the side under your competitive meter.
