xyr0s would you recommend I have 2 or 3 Kiln Fiend and do you have any other suggestions you have helped me a lot with this deck and I'm enjoying it in its current state but it can always be faster. also, I took your advice and removed Ember-Eye Wolf and my win rate went up sad to see him go but it made the deck better.

Thats a good observation xyr0s i think the deck will need to include mutiple elements if DanTheBear wants to keep it MONORED and cheap, but it can forsurely be more focused. I would say either go Burn&8whack with it or Burn&Prowess the second being my recommendation.

xyr0s i had mentioned Lightning Axe because it is a great madnees card and seems like DanTheBear is going with a madness theme, but Lightning Axe by no means should replace Lightning Bolt, Lava Spike, Rift Bolt, or Searing Blaze in a burn deck. I would put Fiery Temper in before i put Lightning Axe in.
Also DanTheBear i see that you have put Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle in your "Maybe" section i would suggest that you dont put it in your deck. Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle is a great card when it is in the right deck Mono Red burn is not that deck it works great in Titan Shift because there are cards in that deck the put more mountains on the battle field. Having Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle in a burn deck means you would have to wait untill turn 6 for it to deal damage which if you havent won by turn 4 with burn you have lost.
All in all i like the improvements you have made i would still like to see Kiln Fiend in place of Ember-Eye Wolf though.

Why use Blood Mist when you can use Blood Moon or Blood Sun? Also a great cheap alternative to Ember-Eye Wolf (which as xyr0s said should not be in the deck) is Kari Zev, Skyship Raider or Kiln Fiend but they arent the best but they are the best 2 drops for burn that are cheap
Also i would like to go further then what xyr0s said and say that if your burn deck is to cheap that it cant include 4 Lightning Bolt 4 Lava Spike 4 Rift Bolt and 4 Searing Blaze then it shouldnt be made.
Also i would sugest that you add 4 Lava Axe since it seams like you are going with a madness theme
I would also really consider putting in Bomat Courier as it is the only real replacement for Goblin Guide which i would say is a must in any burn deck but isnt cheap

xyr0s Thanks for the tips friend. I'm not sure how I forgot about Lightning Bolt. And even thou he may not be the best Ember-Eye Wolf has saved my life on more than 1 occasion and is one of my favorite red creatures.

That's a lot of land, for a deck that tries to count out 20 damage as fast as possible. About 20 lands should be enough (that means you get to hit the first 3 land drops, and adjust mana curve correspondingly).
You don't get to play red aggro (or any other red) in modern without Lightning Bolt. My personal limit on how low you can go with a budgetdeck is: "If it's too budget for Lightning Bolt, it's not going to be any good anyway". And that might sound arrogant, but then... this deck is tagged "competitive" and it would definitely be more competitive with a set of bolts.
Uncaged Fury is a really weak boost, considering its mana cost (so... 3 mana to boost Ember-Eye Wolf to deal 3 more damage?)
Ember-Eye Wolf has a bit of a no-no: It requires you to spend mana. But since you presumable tap out to play new cards every turn, until you win or run out of cards, its pumping ability will never be relevant. You could play Abbot of Keral Keep instead.
Is "pay 4 mana: Target creature gains double strike" really what you want to do on turn 4 with an aggressive red deck? Blood Mist will turn out to be exactly that, most often. It's not a bad card in a budget deck, but you'd probably rather play it in a deck that goes for a longer game, and which fewer attackers with higher impact.

Ciao, simpatico deck!
Secondo me, visti i costi di mana delle creature prenderei in considerazione qualche accelerino... esempio Scorned Villager Flip o Ulvenwald Captive Flip e inserirei qualcosa per rimuovere la board dell'avversario in modo da essere pi incisivo, tipo Prey Upon, Cartouche of Strength e Rabid Bite... (ovviamente possono essere dappoggio a Lightning Bolt che indubbiamente una carta eccezionale).
Infine farei un pensierino anche su Ember-Eye Wolf che anche se pescata in late pu fare una buona dose di danni... Hunger of the Howlpack che ci permette di tenere in vita Lican quando sono in versione Umana e Vessel of Nascency che potrebbe tirarci fuori da una situazione di stallo con la pescata giusta!
