Hi, if you play commander or cedh, I highly recommend The Weekly Wanderer newsletter. They do weekly giveaways! https://winning-painter-7686.ck.page/theweeklywanderer

Maybe, but going back and fixing typos isn't somthing I care about.
So long as the point gets across, I have succeeded in communicating. Obviously in formal writing I will go back and tripple check everything, but here, I just try to get my point accross without taking up too much of my time.
I would reccomend not judging someones opinion based on grammar/spelling- Non english speakers will be disproportionatly affected.

Flooremoji not using the site to demonstrate spelling is not an excuse to misspell. grammar is simpler than magic. much simpler. if someone cannot understand what is simple, they cannot understand what is complex. grammar errors is the quickest way for someone to convince me i should not take their opinion on magic seriously. you do you, but i'll ignore it.

If you're looking at/for grammar or spelling mistakes, it's not worth my time or energy to continue this conversation. I don't use this site so I can demonstrate how well I can spell, I do it because I love playing Magic.

how are you getting Tetzimoc, Primal Death into your hand to use its ability?

im guessing English is not your first language, but it looks like you're asking if lifelink can include noncombat damage, which it can. thats why Soulfire Grand Master can exist, which also shows that the card does not even have to be a creature to have lifelink. if you find a way to give a planeswalker lifelink, then the planeswalker does not even have to be a creature. an example of this can be found in Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord.

Daveslab2022: ah i didnt even realize it posted twice. my mistake. i was concerned that editing comments was only for people who paid to use the site.
DemonDragonJ: it wasn't intended to be mean spirited, but your idea of "unacceptable" would likely leave the game without a lot of the great cards many people enjoy. if you have idea's for adding something then that is probably fine, its your ideas that take away from the game i have a problem with.

DemonDragonJ: judging by what you think is acceptable, im glad you're not in wotc r&d.

if you don't need mana to play magic, then why does this deck have lands?

Red Elemental Blast is definitely a color pie break. regardless of being narrow, its still a counter spell in red.
also keep in mind that red has ALWAYS been able to destroy planeswalkers because you could always throw burn spells at them.
color pie breaks are fine when they have a drawback. you can't really say "color pie breaks should never happen ever" and then simultaneously support Feed the Swarm. thats a contradiction.

2 instances of the same keyword don't do anything because they operate simultaneously. if a permanent gains the same ability twice, the permanent is treated as though it had that text printed twice. in the case of a keyword, this doesn't mean anything, but triggered abilities are separate. they trigger and resolve separately.
think of it as similar to Common Bond. each line of text is exactly the same, yet they happen independently of each other.
also keep in mind that i've been using Lavabelly Sliver in my fnm deck ever since its been released. i've had judges called multiple times, and it definitely stacks, which is why i also have Phantasmal Image in the deck.

flickering is not casting, therefore you are not spending mana to cast, therefore x is zero.

BroodmasterChan: color identity ignores colored mana symbols in reminder text. as of right now though, extort is the only mechanic with colored mana symbols in it's reminder text.

MagicMarc he said creatures, not permanents. slight difference. also, just because a color has a few cards that do a certain thing, doesn't mean that thing isn't still a color pie break. thats what makes it a color pie break in the first place, the fact that the color is doing something it doesn't usually do. reprints are also negligible, since its still the same card and you are limited in the amount of copies you can run.
as a matter of fact, i've found an article on the color pie that specifically mentions Desert Twister as a color break for green.

"which has never been done before, so i wonder why they are doing that".
...because its never been done before.
"i see no reason to change it now"
other than the fact that wotc is constantly adding new mechanics and interactions to the game because otherwise the game gets stale.
"Would it not have made more sense for the third ability on that artifact to be "create a token that is a copy of target nonland permanent?" "
nope. because that would be a strictly worse ability in the event that the permanent you want to copy becomes countered after you cast it.

you gotta stop worrying about the occasional color pie break. theres a reason why every single card mentioned in this thread thus far has a drawback.

thats not how the comment tutorial works. you gotta click the link.

Aether Vial isn't mana ramp, nor do you want to rely on it for big dragons. Gauntlet of Power costs too much mana to be good ramp (you want to stick to cmc 3 or less) plus it doesn't color fix, and only works with basics (which you don't have much room for in a 5c deck). imo, Mox Amber is also too slow when all your legendaries are 5+ mana. it won't be able to produce mana until after you've already reached a point where you can cast your dragons anyway. you want stuff like Arcane Signet and Darksteel Ingot, as well as Farseek which can grab dual lands.
as for lands, a 5c mana base is easy if your group allows proxies. 1 of each fetch land, original duals, and shock lands gives you 30 lands. the rest you can fill out with rainbow lands like Command Tower, and Cavern of Souls. stay away from lands that enter tapped.
