I'm guessing I'm missing something, but why no Liliana's Caress? Maybe Bloodchief Ascension? It's risky but an incredibly strong effect. Since you're not running lots of creatures and might want the discard, maybe Breathstealer's Crypt? I feel like if Shrieking Affliction makes sense that Painful Quandary might be worth a look, it's 5 mana but the effect is amazing with stuff like Megrim and other discard effects.

It's always a joy to know that people are still using the OG Legends!

Burning Inquiry Nekusars Ancestral Recall!

Perplex this has been surprisingly strong in my build.

Helm of the Ghastlord possibly the best aura for Nekusar?

Breathstealer's Crypt cruel and unusual.

Anvil of Bogardan this should be in the main.

Ummm if you are rocking Timetwister you can figure out a way to fit Echo of Eons and Time Spiral into this!

Thank you for stopping by my list. I am noting your comment, I will check if I need the reanimation spells.

One card I was really happy to use for this deck is Breathstealer's Crypt, it feeds your graveyard with creatures while punishing your enemies and also reveals all draws. I thought that was one you may like.

I have a game planned next week, really looking forward to test driving this.

I am not sure on budget, or play group, but my suggestion would be to look at nekusar commander decks. Most of those have great options to make it a meaner deck. I found that Breathstealer's Crypt was a ok option, but I got hurt with that too and I took it out of my nekusar deck. I also used Boomerang, but only if I was going to empty a hand

From this list I would put in cards like Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Orcish Bowmasters Waste Not, Windfall Arcane Denial

Memory Jar was the only glaring omission. Serious Sheoldred value.

Always love seeing Nekusar lists, he was my first real EDH deck! I had a thought but didn't know if you'd tried it already or not.

With all the wheels, Breathstealer's Crypt, and the potential of drawing too much and not drawing a no maximum hand size card, do you think Containment Construct is a potential add? I have no idea what you'd cut but it would allow you to get around your own discard somewhat.
