This deck is very simple, it all revolves around ninjutsu, basically i can cheat my ninjas in play whenever one of my creatures attacks and isn't blocked, the ability lets me swap that creature with another one, the advantage is that the ninhutsu cost is always cheaper than the normal casting cost and they all do something when they deal damage.
Unblockable stuff
These creatures are used to cheat my ninjas into play by being evasive or straight out unblockable.
Dimir Infiltrator: Decent unblockable creature that can also block well, in the later stages of the game is useful to transmute it into another spell.
Invisible Stalker: Very good unblockable creature hexproof also makes him a very good target for the swords.
Ornithopter: a 0/2 at 0 mana, what else would you need in this deck?
Triton Shorestalker: cheap 1 mana unblockable creature.
Ninjas
I guess y'all know what these are for
Ninja of the Deep Hours: Draw engine of the deck, very powerful creature that can provide a massive card advantage.
Mistblade Shinobi: With him I can either bounce off enemies threats or bounce back one of my ninjas to make sure I can get him to deal some damage the next turn again.
Throat Slitter: Doomblade anyone?
Higure, the Still Wind: Maybe the best card in the deck, I can tutor for any ninja in the deck and also make them unblockable.
Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni: Another powerful wincon, a big creature that can also reanimate my opponent's suff.
Other stuff
Other utility cards that I decided to play in the deck to make it a bit more control-ish
Vendilion Clique: since I'm playing blue i decided not to go the straight aggro route and figured out a clique can be a good fit in here, can also act as another evasive creature if i happen to need one, if so i can even play it multiple times in a game.
Go for the Throat: needed some removal and I went with this since it hits lots of stuff.
Mana Leak: I guess some counters never hurt in a blue deck.
Thoughtseize: Perhaps the best hand disruption tool available in modern
Shizo, Death's Storehouse: Can help to get Higure or Ink-eyes in if i dont want to spend the mana to activate Higure's ability.
Swords
With all the unblockable theme going on the swords are a very nice addition to the deck, not only they do awesome stuff when the equipped creature hits the opponent's face, they make my creatures more bigger and more evasive as well thanks to the protection to various colors they give
Sword of Fire and Ice: Combine it with Ninja of the Deep Hours and you'll get some nasty card advantage on your opponent
Sword of Light and Shadow: Handy to stay up with my hp and get back some of my most important cards from the grave if they die.
Sword of Feast and Famine: Since i have to use my mana during the combat phase to cast ninjas I ofted don't have much if any at all in my second main phase, this sword definitely helps with this issue.
