So with the Urza legendary creature revealed I kind think it needs to be noted that he may be a good mana ramp in Mono blue artifacts.
With his ability he pretty much turns all artifacts into mana dorks that will produce colored mana. This makes a whole list of drop artifact creatures act as Mox Saphire while he is on the field.
A few examples of these include Ornithopter , Memnite , and Phyrexian Walker .
Pretty sure we will probably see Urza potentially end up as one a pretty highly used commander for people who like to play artifact decks and I can’t wait to see what people do with him.
Also stuff like Welding Jar , Kite Shield , Tormod's Crypt , and Paradise Mantle would also work.
And who could imagine Everflowing Chalice without paying the multikicker.
Not to mention other effects that create artifact tokens or artifact creature tokens, and since it's stated as "Tap an untapped artifact" you can tap them as though they had haste. For example, Thopter Assembly becomes "Create 5 artifact tokens with ": Add ". This also isn't mentioning things becoming artifacts using Mycosynth Lattice .

So Paradox Engine and urza can play your entire deck as long as you have 4 more artifacts.... thats neat. Tap 5 artifacts for 5 mana, activate ability, free cast spell from the top. Repeat. Cycle breaks if you hit a land, but as long as you have extra mana rocks you are generating near infinite mana anyway so just try again.
Spell Swindle becomes the most broken counterspell ever. Basically mana drain for 5 but instead of adding the mana you add manarocks.
How about Sensei's Divining Top ? Card fixing? Check. Mana rock? Check.

You don't even need to go to Paradox Engine . Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter are granted, two cards, but since all your cheap artifacts are now rocks, not only does he fuel the deck but then provides an infinite mana sink.
Just run Conjurer's Bauble and Walking Ballista and that's an easy game.

It will be a deck where I imagine the budget versions won’t be much worse than any of the ones people sunk a lot of money into with all the cheap to buy cost artifacts acting as free rocks for counterspells or other shenanigans.

Also any creatures that make artifact tokens like Myr Battlesphere and Whirler Rogue might as well cost less for the amount of tokens they make.

Cards like Howling Mine , Winter Orb and Static Orb can be tapped down for unsymmetrical effects.
