Need Help Brewing Titania, Protector of Argoth Land Destruction Combo

Here's my idea:

With Titania, Protector of Argoth on the field, I play Strip Mine, then Mirage Mirror and create an additional copy of Strip Mine with artifact typing.

At this point, the combo gets a little dicey: I would really like a card that equates to the Rite of Replication of artifacts, but the only options I'm aware of are one-offs like Sculpting Steel.

Anyway, I feel like there's a huge potential to simultaneously devastate an opponent and develop my board state in one turn, rather than simply churning out tokens, and the fact that I would be doing it in mono-green is exciting.

I know it's not an amazing combo, but I'd appreciate any advice I could get.

If you're going for janky land hate, Karn, Silver Golem + Mycosynth Lattice + Dross Scorpion will do it. Make all lands artifacts, then pay to Karn, making a land a creature. It dies as a state based effect (since it has zero toughness) and Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping one of your lands which is an artifact.

rinse and repeat until your opponents have no lands.

Kamahl, Fist of Krosa + Masticore or Thornbite Staff = the repeatable ability 2G: destroy target land. You can even do a bunch of Kamahl activations during the opponent right before you's turn's end step, so the lands stay animated until the next end step. That way you can untap and use even more mana to kill lands, that way something like Contagion Engine or Cyclone can wipe all the lands you can pay G for.

I also thought of Acidic Slime, Ashnod's Altar, and Nim Deathmantle = reuse the slime's ETB for only 2 mana, at instant speed too. With Su-Chi in with the combo you get infinite colorless mana too so you can nuke the world.

Thanks, guys! I appreciate the suggestions. You brought up some interactions that I hadn't even thought about.

As long as I have Titania, Protector of Argoth on the battlefield and play Mycosynth Lattice + Nevinyrral's Disk, that should provide me with a win condition, right?

Assuming that interaction does work, I don't like that Nevinyrral's Disk comes in tapped: are there any better alternatives to the aforementioned card?

If you mean, wipes the battlefield of everything and nets you a bunch of tokens then yes, it does. Just make sure that A) you have enough lands to do some damage and B) you have Sylvan Safekeeper to make sure Titania sticks around long enough to see everything die.

As for other wipes that do that - you could use Bane of Progress rather than Nev's disk.

I think something like Parallel Lives would help ensure that I have enough tokens, but I don't think Sylvan Safekeeper would help, since Bane of Progress and Nevinyrral's Disk don't specifically target anything. I would have to resort to something like Darksteel Plate, which would really suck: I was hoping that even though Titania would die via the aforementioned wrath effect, I would still net a bunch of tokens in the process, even if I didn't have Darksteel Plate. Since everything is being destroyed simultaneously, wouldn't I still get the trigger for the tokens?

If you play Bane of Progress, Titania will see everything die, yes. However the Sylvan Safekeeper is not for your wrath effects, it's there so that your opponent doesn't Swords to Plowshares your Titania in response so you don't get the tokens. PLus he's just really good in the deck in general.

Oh, I see. Thank you. Bane of Progress was a great idea, btw.

I only wish I could double Bane of Progress's effect with something like Strionic Resonator, but Strionic Resonator wouldn't survive the wrath effect, unless I resorted to Darksteel Forge, which is probably overkill. Strionic Resonator would have so many useful interactions in a deck like this that I'd probably just throw it in there, regardless of whether I could use it in this combo. I feel like Darksteel Forge would often be a dead card.

Is there an alternate way to duplicate Bane of Progress's effect? The only things I can think of are instants, sorceries or an ability that I could use at instant-speed. Nothing really comes to mind, in all honesty.

Well there is the obvious Crucible of Worlds.

I also feel like World Breaker has a place here. Use it to target/exile a land, then sac your own land to bring it back if/when it dies and repeat the process.
