I had Spidersilk Armor but it got removed for some sort of land tutoring sorcery. Peregrination, maybe? It will go back in if flyers become too big of an issue, but so far that has not been the case. My flying worries are more about avoiding problems than solving them.

Dragon Broodmother would address my flying issues. And I have a couple of them floating about in other decks.

I undoubtedly have a Traverse the Outlands, likely am not even using it. Probably have Explosive Vegetation and Perilous Forays in another deck. I think I'd have to buy Skyshroud Claim. I've avoided Warstorm Surge due to it's CMC, but if I find myself lacking offense it may find a place.
I have also avoided Boundless Realms due to CMC. I want cards that get Omnath out earlier and 'Realms doesn't do that. I almost avoided Nissa's Renewal for the same reason, but the lifegain aspect coupled with my experience vs. Nekusar made me keep it. Put another way: I am not having trouble getting 2-5 lands out per turn after Omnath lands, I'm having trouble landing him as early as I would like. 'Realms is a late-game card, but I need early game speed. Splendid Reclamation is also a late game card (I'd have to have at least two lands in my graveyard to make it equal to/better than Skyshroud Claim for the same CMC), but the lower CMC compared to 'Realms is nice.

I am looking for any suggestions that might make my Omnath deck move a touch faster. I have pretty much hit my budget limit for the deck, but suggestions are welcome anyhow because I may have the necessary card in another deck.
Right now I can get Omnath down between turn 5-8, It is most often turn 7, followed by 6, then 8, then 5. I'd like turn 6 to be most often and turn 8 to be least often.
Deck is here: Omnath land recycle

Instead of running Verdeloth, I'd use Edric, Spymaster of Trest while keeping your Thallid/Saproling theme. Adding blue gets you some cheap card draw options and gives you Paradox Haze, which doubles up your spore counters for a fraction of the dollar cost of a Parallel Lives.
