Rick's Worst Nightmare / Zombie Horde (Standard MTG Deck)

Deck has changed over the past month or so. It has slowly morphed into a zombie/affliction ramp deck. Using a combo of Liliana, Death's Majesty and The Scarab God, I can pump out a bunch of zombies quickly, and with Liliana's Mastery and Lord of the Accursed to give my Accursed Horde of zombies a nice bump in power and toughness.

Basically the win condition is simply overwhelm your opponent with zombies.

I am looking for side board suggestions, and other tips to round out this deck. TIA

After playing with the deck, I believe I'm going to be removing the Spellweaver Eternal, and move to more zombie creation, with Liliana, Death's Majesty, and Stir the Sands. This will allow for a huge pump of zombies for the The Scarab God's ability to scry and deal direct damage to my opponent.
