The guilded vampires of Ravnica made an alliance to dominate the City.

This horror themed deck is made to drain the life and the library of my opponents while destroying everything left on the battlefield.

The dimir part is made to support Lazav, Dimir Mastermind Duskmantle Guildmage and Consuming Aberration while quickly "milling" the opponents. Duskmantle seer works in perfect synergy with the Orzhov half of the deck.

The Orzhov part is there to gain life for Blood Baron of Vizkopa Orzhov Charm and Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts and destroy//enchant the creatures controled by your opponents.

Obzedat's Aid are for your legendary creatures and Immortal Servitude is to bring back as many creatures with a converted mana cost of 2 as possible.

The point of having that many cards with a CMC of 2 is to Extort as much as possible. Playing a guildgate on turn 1 is a must, but you can put them away for more basic lands if you don't like slow mana.
