You win some or you lose some. If you have the money for Hazoret the Fervent you'd play that,if you have no cash, play this dumb Storm Fleet Sprinter card. Along with Shatter, instead of Abrade. Other than that you play spells, and you pump your creatures. Mainly ignore the opponents board if you can help it to race them down. And then Lightning Strike for reach to finish the game. Relatively budget, and fun if you're into these type of decks.

Protect your creatures with;

Dive Down for spot removal like Vraska's Contemptand Fatal Push or ETB (Enter the battle field) Triggers like from Ravenous Chupacabra

Built to Smash for Abrade and Lightning Strike

Spell Pierce for Fumigate, and Settle the Wreckage and Vraska's Contempt
