After much consideration, I have decided to drop the green from the deck. After looking at all the suggestions and comments left on here and doung ALOT of testing I came to the conclusion (as was suggested by numerous people) that protecting myself and my resources is more important than getting to tron faster. I was really sad to come to this conclusion as Ancient Stirrings was a great way of grabbing a wincon. But alas it was not meant to be.
