Tropical Merfolk of Ixalan (Standard MTG Deck)

Attempt at budget Merfolk for Standard, focusing on getting a bunch of fish on the board, and getting as many +1/+1 counters as possible. There is likely an actual, really cheap budget version out there that replaces Botanical Sanctum with either more Hashep Oasis or maybe Woodland Stream (though coming in tapped is really rough considering the speed we need to get rolling). The other obvious thing to drop would be the Metallic Mimic, which I think would be replaced with either 2x Rishkar, Peema Renegade or Deeproot Champion. Nissa, Steward of Elements is really great for her '0' ability when put into play with 2 or 3 loyalty, which allows us to cheat even more Merfolk into play every turn. I hesitate to drop her, but if budget is really an issue, then I think replacing her with either Rishkar or Deeproot Champions (presumably whichever you didn't replace Metallic Mimic with).

We just had a HUGE spoiler from Rivals of Ixalan, a true 2 CMC 2/2 Lord for Tropical Merfolk... IN STANDARD! Merfolk Mistbinder will absolutely need to be worked in here as a 4x. What that will replace, I'm not exactly sure yet. Obviously, the Deeproot Champions first, as those were always kind of iffy. Beyond that, making Herald of Secret Streams a 2-of may be the route to go, but it will take some testing. Will be proxying that up this weekend probably.
