Instant/Sorcery deck with Piked Invisible Stalker but I'm all over the place, check the maybe board ...

First go at deck building. I wanted to make a instant/sorcery-type deck. I started with a with red blue with a mix of Red spells and card drawing Blue cards. After seeing Invisible Stalker and Runechanter's Pike I added them and dropped the draw cards to make room. Not much protection past the Fog Bank. I also don't know much about formats.
