My first public deck. This is a sub $30 deck if you remove the $75 worth of fancy lands, and replace shattering spree with ground rift. Swiftspear becomes the hardest thing to find as far as I can tell.
Just a fun/casual (possibly modern) deck based around using replicate to pump up Nivmagus Elemental. Gets pretty ridiculous by turn 3 as most fast decks should.
Example of a T3 win for inspiration (not modern):
T1: Land & Niv
T2: Land & Swiftspear, cast and flash back
Lava Dart
exiling both to the Niv, swing for 8.
T3: Land & Cast n flash another
Lava Dart
into
Ground Rift
(which casts 2 extra copies because of storm) and depending on the number of the 5 spells you exile this turn, swing for 9 to 19 damage.
Replicate, storm, scepter, and Niv help keep this deck relevant up to turn 6-7.
Assuming I understand the mechanics of the game at all I can cast spells to trigger pump on Weird and Spear and then exile them to Nivmagus.
Isochron scepter feels a little bit too slow, but I can't decide what I want to swap it for.
Signet is a must for mana-fixing to get off those multi-shatter sprees and gigadrowses to give the nivmagus a nice +6/+6 on turn 3 or 4.
Remember, when replicating train of thought you can draw until you hit something useful and then exile the rest to Nivmagus.
I would also like to see a UW or RW version of this deck based around Heroic, since you can target the creatures to trigger heroic and then exile the spells to Nivmagus.
With only 12 creatures I'm extremely vulnerable to removal, anyone have any suggestions?
