Modern budget milling deck. First time trying out dimir (never been that big of a fan of black).

As a real life librarian there just isn't any reasons not to have a proper milling deck. This is my spin on it. Yes, there are lots of familiar modern milling elements but I tried to give it my own spin.

Yeah, the name is two part joke. Obvious mill pun and the fact that librarians get the worst salary when compared to other jobs with same education requirements. Well, at least in my country. But hey, what can you do :)
