Got the idea from that U/W turbofog deck that's been on the front page for a while TurboFog Tutelage Mill. This one is built for a more multiplayer approach.

Boardwipes and fogs keep your opponents on their heels, and the False Prophet keeps them from attacking you.

Sit back and build your hand while you get out some Sphinx's Tutelages. Then draw your opponents out. The Ghost Quarter is there to hinder your opponents and help get the land out of their decks for the tutelage to work.

About 5 cards over where I want to be right now. Any suggestions for what to cut would be greatly appreciated!
