It's Swans of Bryn Argoll. End description.

Okay but more accurately let's get into this. When you break it down, this is a Jeskai control that uses Swans of Bryn Argoll as one of it's win cons as well as a source of card advantage. Throw all the Lightning Bolts and Lightning Helixs and Skred s at it that you want to draw obscene amounts of cards. Or use them for their original purpose and kill creatures. The choice is yours!

A back up win-con, if for some reason your 4/3 flier can't get the job done, is a massive Conflagrate . Discard it at some point when you end up with more than seven cards in hand (or cast it with X=0 a bit before hand), and have it serve as a permanent potential game ending threat. When you're ready to go off with it, at the end of your opponent's turn, throws Skred s and Snapcaster Mages grabbing Skred at your Swans of Bryn Argoll (generally your player-targetable burn spells would be better spent hitting the opponent directly), then do the same on your turn (maybe a Blasphemous Act in there), and flashback for many damages.
