Jace Cunning Castaway

Standard WU (Azorius)

Sideboard

Very few decks in standard right now can deal with multiple planeswalkers, especially 8+ planeswalkers! While Jace, Cunning Castaway by itself is not a very powerful planeswalker, 16 Jaces is overwhelming and will cause most players to just scoop up!

Ideal first hand:

Turn 1: Sacred Cat for chump block

Turn 2: Skyship Plunderer

Turn 3: Jace, Cunning Castaway. Plus him up, then attack with Skyship Plunderer to add a counter.

Turn 4: Anointed Procession and -5 Jace to get four token copies of Jace.

After that you will be able to dominate the board with Illusions and more Jaces. Get out another Anointed Procession and things just get silly, giving you eight Jaces every time one of them -5's. Even if they sweep your Illusions, the only cards that can sweep all those Jaces is Hour of Devastation or Star of Extinction, which I have yet to encounter anyone playing.

The biggest challenge is surviving long enough to get the pieces together for Jace to work. We have low CMC creatures that give us a lot of value and also synergize with Anointed Procession like Sacred Cat and Adorned Pouncer. Siren Stormtamer has the obvious benefit of countering a spell or ability and can fly in to draw cards on Jace's +1. Aerial Responder has been surprisingly good, and can gain us some life while being able to fly in and do damage for Jaces +1 to help us with card draw.

Djeru, With Eyes Open can help us dig for Jace and also provides us with some cushion when he is being targeted.

Sideboard has Dusk/Dawn to answer Dinosaurs and energy decks with creatures that get large quickly. The rest of the sideboard is to switch up the deck against UW Approach decks which are just a pain.

Any suggestions are welcome, especially support creatures to help us hold out while we set up for Jace! I want to keep it simple and efficient, so I want to try to keep it just Blue and White.
