UPDATED FOR DRAGONS OF TARKIR

This deck is designed to control the board through burn and counter spells to set the stage for one of the creatures to provide a slow death.

I don't typically play control decks, so this is my control/burn for the upcoming rotation. It worked well before the rotations with cards like AEtherling Cyclonic Rift and Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius.
