There isn't really a definitive Pauper land destruction deck yet. But now that Pillage is Pauper legal, I figured it's worth a try.

The goal, of course, is to control the game by removing your opponent's lands to keep them from ever casting (or recasting) what they need to win. Pillage, Molten Rain, Stone Rain, and Hoodwink are your means to do that. Goblin Electromancer reduces the cost of the deck's many spells (even netting you mana when you cast Snap). And Ogre Menial is your finisher if you can't win any other way.
