Garruk, Apex Predator and In Garruk's Wake are both crazy powerful cards. But also crazy expensive. This deck aims to take advantage of these powerful effects by making them castable at a reasonable time through the Dictate of Karametra. Yes, Dictate also ramps your opponent, but most decks just aren't built to use huge amounts of mana each turn. I'm aiming to build a deck here that just straight up out-performs other decks by taking better advantage of Karametra's bounty.
The plan is to play like a green devotion deck and ramp into Dictate of Karametra as early as turn three. From here, I aim to play In Garruk's Wake as soon as possible, clearing the board and setting up for the beatdown.
Other than Garruk and his boardwipe, I want to play other high cost and high impact cards that take advantage of the flood of mana. Genesis Hydra is an obvious choice that can end up drawing into a Garruk or even a Hornet Queen.
Thanks to Polluted Delta, a blue splash is easy, making Villainous Wealth another great choice that is almost certain to be a blowout when played with a huge X cost.
Black removal spells help to control the board and handle the opponent's threats. Another advantage of the Dictate is that Murderous Cut can be hard cast if needed, leaving cards in the yard for things like Dig Through Time or even second Cut.
I'm really unsure of how solid the mana base is and would love suggestions on sideboard options. Also, I think

is a natural fit here, but I'm not sure what to take out for it. Any comments or suggestions in general are also very welcome!
