I wanted to make a modern deck using Descent into Madness as I play tested it Madness became a part of the deck but not the pure focus.

The real point of the deck is to build an army of tokens behind a wall, Ensnaring Bridge. They can be fed to the Madness or attack over or under the Bridges. Hand disruption and removal ensure the Bridges are not the only line of defense.

Elspeth Tirel has great synergy with Bitterblossom and Descent into Madness. Collective Brutality helps with Bitterblossom life loss (as well as the Elspeth) and can be used with the other discard to empty my hand to trigger the Bridges.

Beseech the Queen is there to find a lock piece early or finisher piece before they find an answer.
