This is a deck I have personally created. It has worked on most occasions. The key to the deck is to use cards like Traumatize and Mind Sculpt to mill enemies and Splinterfright to mill yourself. You are able to rush cards and get creatures like Nighthowler out, ruling the battlefield. Liliana Vess then is able to bring back all milled creatures.
