This is mostly a budget deck, using a lot of what cards I managed to open in my Ixalan boosters and from my rather modest collection, unfortunately I don't have any a few of the staples I would of liked to fit in there but if you'd like to check out the non-budget version then jump over here [Non-Budget] Ixalan Vampires [B/W].
