As the name already tells, the deck's purpose is to deny mana to the opponent.

This can be achieved in many ways, but the main play is to get an early birthing pod and sac the curve up to Acidic Slime and Frost Titan. These two destroy and tapp the opp lands and forcing a lock. Phantasmal Image is the perfect support for that creatures, cause someone only needs to get out either one of those creatures, Acidic Slime or Frost Titan and copy, to drive the deck plan further.

Just relying on that alone is bad, as it is not consistent enough. The Plan itself needs early support. This is achieved with Beast Within, Deceiver Exarch and Bramblecrush. Beast Within and Deceiver Exarch are perfect for disrupting the enemy, as someone can play them during the opps turn with insant speed, denying him mana for creatures or played eot, counter mana.

Garruk, the Primal Hunter's purpose is to act against the Beast Tokens and to get more power on the battlefield after the main plan didnt worked or during the plan.

The Deck has the ability to act against big creatures of the opp, by copying them, bringing back an temporary equilibrium and buing time.

In many playtest im very happy with this build, as it works just fine. Even against string decks like solar flare, ub control and wolf run.
