Finally! A non-combo triskaideckaphobia deck!

I wanted to see what i could do as a casual deck using triskaideckaphobia and an arsenal of spells that give me very precise control over my opponents' life totals. it's kind of clunky at the moment, but i'll work it out. why am i devoting so much time to a jank deck? because dealing 7 damage is easier than 20, and sometimes i'm just too lazy to go for the full 20.

I did a lot more research in the making of this deck than i probably should have. But it's hilarious and fun and awesome! and the best place for jank decks like this is clearly multiplayer!

There are likely some fairly obscure cards that i dont know about, and maybe some obvious ones that i just didnt think about. that said, I welcome any and all suggestions that keep with the janky theme of the deck. I should mention that this deck is NOT budget, however i will not be devoting so much to this deck as to consider things like Dark Confidant.
