This deck works by putting out tokens and boosting them up. lots of cards play tokens, and then Spear of Heliod and Dictate of Heliod to boost them up. Crackling Doom is on my mainboard because it is so useful. Also, Mardu Ascendancy + Butcher of the Horde is a great combo for life gain, especially if you have other non-token creatures out to create more tokens. And also there is Akroan Hoplite + Mardu Ascendancy

how do I beat sulti control. Its this decks main weakness

also my aquire board is for casual

Do not suggest:

burn cards: don't need them, don't want them

changes over $30, i'm on a extreme budget

Cards over 5 mana for main board, there to slow, unless they are planeswalkers

bestow or other aggro abilities, thats for my abzan deck, check it out
