Oh, sideboard... Well, Disenchant's GW version, Nature's Chant is good sideboard material. Some anti-air hate, like Hurricane may be helpful, and it can also end a game early and to your advantage once they are low on life. Aspect of Mongoose and Alpha Authority can be useful to protect a creature from burn/removal heavy decks. Multani's Presence can really be a nice turn 1 vs a counter heavy deck that would normally be pretty problematic. Green has a bit of anti-blue hate kicking around, and it's good for sideboards. Tsunami is a must-counter card vs decks that use islands, but by the time you can cast it, they are more likely to be able to counter it, whereas the Presence you can sneak in often, since it's hardly worth a Force, and yet will pay dividends if they intend to counter a spell a turn.

Oblivion Ring is a versatile beast in my experience, since it can target any non-land permanent. Alpha Authority can be a very good survival enhancing enchantment in green, and Multani's Presence is helpful vs blue at least, so it's viable sideboard material I think.

Deserted Temple is great if you've got the Sanctum out, and it helps your enchanted lands re-tap, though if you face a land destruction deck you'd be in trouble. Something like Life from the Loam maybe?

If you want to break the bank a bit, Replenish is pretty brutal. A good delay enchantment (though not very permanent) is Parallax Wave , which can be a 1 card win con in some situations.

Small correction: When a spell fizzles it is not countered. This is a recent rules change, and even the recent game night product erroneously uses the term countered. This doesn't make much of a game play difference because the only card that cared about whether something was countered, rather than how it was countered, was Multani's Presence. This has however changed the oracle text for Gilded Drake to no longer mention countering, and made cards like Abrupt Decay have simpler oracle text.

Slight technicality, the spell is not countered, it simply is removed from the stack without resolving. Or "fizzles" as you said, but it is not countered and does not trigger things that trigger off of spells being countered, such as Multani's Presence.

The answer is that you absolutely fold to force of will with Cheerios. You can run Chalice of the Void and Multani's Presence. Silence effects are good, but honestly the deck just isn't resilient.
