Interaction between Pyxis of Pandemonium & Mastery of the Unseen

Would permanents exiled with Pyxis of Pandemonium trigger the first ability of Mastery of the Unseen when they are turned face up? Also, would it trigger abilities such as the bottom one on Thousand Winds?

I don't believe they would be as the facedown are in exile. The permanants then enter play face up.

No. The cards exiled by Pyxis of Pandemonium are still in exile when they're turned face up. They're not permanents yet (permanents exist only on the battlefield).

Also, abilities of permanent cards function only while those cards are permanents (unless otherwise specified). Thousand Winds's ability doesn't specify that it can trigger from other zones, so it can only trigger if Thousand Winds is on the battlefield.
