Casual format because why the eff not? Zero limitations, no bans.. just 'how can we exploit Willow Priestess?' through two different decks, duelists, perspectives, etc.

Hey Andramalech, good to hear from you. I’ve been in a creative slump as of late which is why you haven’t heard from me regarding our collaborative effort. I think you’ve just reinvigorated me though. There were a few standouts on this list, but one in particular caught my eye. Willow Priestess is definitely the card I’d like for each of us to build around. I have a handful of things to take care of this week but I’m anticipating being able to sit down sometime this weekend and give this some thought, maybe get the preliminaries down for my version.
Unless you object, I think the best way to handle this is to go in blind, without consulting to see what direction the other person is taking the concept, and to post the decks simultaneously once each person has finished. Needless to say, No netdecking. I’ll go ahead and assume that formats will be limited to Vintage, Legacy or Casual; I don’t mind which you choose. I do not play Commander/EDH, so I completely lack the skill set to build for that format.
I’ll be adding a brief descriptor stating that my eventual deck is one half of a collaborative effort, citing you and your deck by name (including a link for easy comparative viewing). I suggest you do likewise. My only hesitation is that my schedule can rapidly change at a moment’s notice, so it may be a bit before I’m able to put the finishing touches on my version. I hope this is agreeable and that you’d be willing to wait to post until we’re both ready to do so. Let me know!

Balaam__ after much deliberation, I think I've found some cards I would want to "collaborate" in the way you described:

It was so hard to wittle my list down to only 15 choices but I wanted to pick stuff from a large timespan; I know how you favor older, more flavorful cards!
Throughout the list you'll see things from throughout Homelands, Ice Age, and the like.
Admittedly some were not as strong picks as others in terms of building, but each one I chose for a bit of flavor, and a bit of "hey this card never gets love".
I hope these seem like appealing choices because I think each has a little "fringe-casual-upset-win-at-the-kitchen-table" kinda vibe.
