Got a fun idea! Three steps to this game!
Step 1:https://randomcommander.com/ Go here and whatever commander you get first is your next commander deck you have to build Exception: Select again if you have already built a deck around them. No cheating and keep cycling through until you get something super powerful or just because you didn't like your "bands with other legends" legendary creature from whatever set that guy is.

Step 2: Build the Deck
Step 3: Post who you got here and discuss what direction you think you might go with it. Post the deck later on sometime and show it off. Maybe get suggestions on what to build it out of.
- Edit Another requirement, add two random cards of your commander's color identity and that is your subtheme. if you get a very uncommon or casual ranked commander you don't nessisserily have to, but this prevents you from just making a copy deck if you happen to roll Thrasios, Kennrith or any of the top 50ish or 20ish most popular / powerful commanders.
I got Adun Oakenshield. He's a reanimator and I don't really have the powerful reanimate cards for him. I am thinking going creature and tutor heavy. Having lots of red draw and discard spells and those spells form the last ravnica set that dumps stuff into your graveyard from your library and using the commander and other spells to cheat big monsters onto the field. Elvish Piper or other stuff that just drags them out from the graveyard to play or makes playing them free from my hand.
I also see this as being a K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth deck that is now golgari instead of monoblack and just using this commander to open up the colors and add extra recursion.
Could I offer an additional requirement? In addition to the random commander, add two random cards that work in that color identity and use them in a subtheme. This way, if someone hits Atraxa, Praetors' Voice or Kenrith, the Returned King or another popular commander, it's not quite so easy to just copy a deck.
I got Lovisa Coldeyes. The easy way to go here is Warrior tribal, with some interesting Barbarians and Berserkers to fill it out. Brighthearth Banneret, Kargan Intimidator, and Arni Brokenbrow will probably all find a home here. Give it some Viking thematic love and lean in hard to Ice Age, Coldsnap, and Kaldheim.
If I add two random cards, I got Extraplanar Lens and Trumpet Blast. Trumpet blast goes for go-wide aggro, so that's kind of where this deck wants to be. Lens could add a subtheme around ramp, but I'm going to go with Mountains matter and add Koth of the Hammer, Siege of Towers, and Earth Servant.

I got Barktooth Warbeard, and I really liked what legendofa said and got Gang Up and Jeweled Lotus. That's pretty generic.
To fit Barktooth's flavour text, I might actually go with a goad plan that also wants opponent's creatures to die. Kardur, Doomscourge and Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant among all the other great goad cards would go in here, as well as an instant removal plan around Toshiro Umezawa, Syr Konrad, the Grim and Revel in Riches. As Lotus wants me to focus on warbeard, having a combat trick based voltron plan fits with Toshi. Seems convoluted, but I like it.

Noice. Actually my first card was Swiftfoot Boots but that feels like a staple and so I didn't count it.
I think staples should be excluded. If the card is a dead (Pun!) obvious one to use, getting it randomly shouldn't count because you'd likely throw it in there regardless, ergo no challenge.
Like if you pull a Dockside Extortionist or a Cyclonic Rift or a Kodama's Reach, there's no challenge. OBVIOUSLY those are going in your deck. Obviously.

I ended up with Rowan Kenrith, but my two random cards were Ichor Wellspring and Mondronen Shaman Flip. So monored werewolf tribal? Maybe with some goad effects for support.

I got Piru, the Volatile but im not sure were everyone is getting the two random cards so i used
